Christmas Jumper Day

This week, children across Monkwood proudly wore their Christmas jumpers to celebrate Christmas Jumper Day. The school was filled with bright colours, cheerful patterns and plenty of festive sparkle as pupils showed off their favourite seasonal outfits. It was a lovely way to spread some Christmas cheer and get everyone in the festive spirit!

Y6 Christmas Crafts

Science Materials in Y2

Year 2 have been learning about the properties of different materials in Science. They investigated which materials could bend, stretch, squash and twist. Y3 Art in Pops Outdoor Workshop

On Friday, Class 9 had a fantastic time with POPs Outdoor Adventure. They deepened their understanding of light and shadow and experimented with sketching using charcoal to capture depth and contrast.
