Superworm Sundaes
Class 2 made instructions for a Superworm Sundae then we made it and got to eat it. π€ We made angel delight for the mud, Bourbon biscuits for the rocks and added jelly worms. It was so much fun! We loved reading the Superworm book, itβs our class favourite.
Searching for Spring π
Year 2 had a walk around the school woods last week, looking for the signs of spring. We collected leaves and talked about the difference between evergreen and deciduous trees. π²π³

During Science this week, the children have been investigating friction. The children investigated friction by choosing a range of different surfaces to push a toy car on with the aim of concluding which surface would create the greatest or least amount of friction. Understanding Databases
During Computing this week, Class 13 have been further developing their knowledge and understanding of databases. π»π The children have created their own electronic database using a spreadsheet. They have added records and fields to create this.
