National Holocaust Centre Visit

Year 6 had such a fantastic day at the National Holocaust Centre as part of our history unit on World War Two.

We experienced ‘Leo’s Journey’, learning what it must have been like to have been a Jewish child living in Nazi Germany in the 1930s and how the kindertransport saved many lives.

The children showed great empathy for a very sensitive issue.
