Y6 Migration in History

Last half term in History, Y6 explored various sources to understand why people from the Caribbean chose to migrate to Britain in 1948. Working in groups, the children categorised the reasons into push and pull factors. They also listened to witness testimonies, and examined facts about the passengers of the Empire Windrush.
