Last week, Year 6 enjoyed a fascinating talk from ex-miner Mr Adrian Hughes as part of their Miners’ Strike learning. ⛏️🏭
They discovered what mining was like in the past and during the strike, and prepared thoughtful questions to interview Mr Hughes about his experiences. A fantastic opportunity to bring history to life!
