In History, Class 12 have been exploring ten key inventions from the Industrial Revolution and discussing how they changed people’s lives and society.
The pupils learned how these inventions transformed industry, transport, communication, and everyday life. Working in groups, they examined different sources of evidence, shared their ideas, and took part in thoughtful discussions.
To finish, the class debated which invention had the greatest impact, using their historical knowledge to justify their opinions while also listening carefully to the views of others. It was fantastic to see such engaged and reflective learning!
