Last Thursday, Y5 had a wonderful time at the ‘Get Up to Speed’ event held at Magna Science Adventure Centre.
The event showcased the exciting opportunities available across science, technology, engineering, and maths, giving students the chance to engage with real employers, take part in hands-on activities, and explore future career pathways. The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience and were a credit to the school, impressing venue representatives with their thoughtful questions and excellent manners.
The visit has certainly helped spark their interest in a range of future careers. Well done, Y5!
