This week, Year 4 took their Anglo-Saxon learning outdoors with an exciting session from POPs Outdoor Adventure! The pupils explored the Anglo-Saxon alphabet, searching for hidden symbols and matching them to letters to uncover a secret word. They then took part in a fun invasion game, with one group defending their country while the other tried to invade!
It was a fantastic way to bring their History learning to life, while having lots of fun outdoors. Well done, Year 4!
