Oil Pastel Art in Y5

Class 13 have been thoroughly enjoying their art lessons this week, focusing on the work of the talented artist Jimoh Buraimoh. They have been exploring his distinctive use of vibrant colours and patterns, learning how he brings energy and life to his creations.

The children have been experimenting with oil pastels, practising how to blend both warm and cool colours to create depth and texture in their own artwork. They have been encouraged to think carefully about colour combinations and how different shades can affect the mood and feel of their pieces.

It has been wonderful to see their creativity shine as they apply these techniques to their own designs. Class 13 have shown great focus, enthusiasm, and resilience in developing their artistic skills. Well done to all the children for their fantastic efforts!
