Year 2 have been exploring the work of artist Linda Lang and have created their own arctic scenes inspired by her style. They painted icy backgrounds using white and black powder paints mixed with primary colours to create a range of tints and tones.
To complete their pieces, they chose an animal at risk of becoming endangered and added details with oil pastels. The final results are truly impressive!
