As part of ‘Mental Health Week 2023’ year 3 went on a nature walk to clear their minds. 💚
Afterwards, they wrote down any worries they had and posted them into the class worry box.
They also discussed lots of strategies that you can use to help and would like to share them with you.
If you feel worried you can:
- Breathe
- Speak to someone and share your problem
- Do something you enjoy
- Count to 10
- Use your senses to get in touch with your surroundings
- Do something you enjoy like listen to music
- Meditate
