During Science this week, the children have been investigating friction. The children investigated friction by choosing a range of different surfaces to push a toy car on with the aim of concluding which surface would create the greatest or least amount of friction. The children made predictions using scientific reasoning before collecting their results data.
Along with their results data, the children used their knowledge and understanding of friction to draw conclusions.
