Year 4’s Ancient Egypt Workshop!

On Friday 14th June, our Year 4 students embarked on an exciting journey back in time during their Ancient Egypt workshop, provided by the Schools Library Service! They had the unique opportunity to handle a wide variety of artefacts, gaining a hands-on understanding of this fascinating civilisation.

The highlight of the day was writing their names in hieroglyphics with a traditional reed pen, an experience that truly brought history to life. It was a day filled with learning, discovery, and fun for everyone. A big thank you to the organisers for making this wonderful experience possible!
