Factory Acts in Y5 History

In History, Class 12 have been learning about how the Factory Acts helped to improve working conditions for children during the Industrial Revolution.

The children wrote PEE paragraphs to answer the question, ‘Did the Factory Acts improve working conditions for children?’. They really impressed us with their thoughtful answers, use of evidence, and the quality of their historical writing and critical thinking.
