This month, our fantastic PTA created a pumpkin patch in the school grounds, thanks to the generosity of our wonderful local businesses and supporters.
Not every child gets the chance to go pumpkin picking, so the PTA brought the experience to them! With an incredible 460 pumpkins delivered to school, there were certainly plenty to choose from. Every child had the opportunity to pick their own pumpkin and even decorate it.
The PTA are incredibly grateful to have made this special experience possible for every child in school. It has been wonderful to see so many children enjoying their very own pumpkin patch.
Monkwood’s Pumpkin Patch will remain on the playground under the pagoda for another couple of days, so if you haven’t already, please come along and take a look!
A special thank you to all the businesses and supporters who made this possible:
JM Electrical Ltd
RISE Dance Company Rotherham
BR Plumbing and Heating Solutions
Rachel Yates – Nails & Beauty
Paul Rudram Construction Ltd
Something Brew Inn
GB Plastering Ltd
Family Shopper Rawmarsh

Thank you all for your generosity and support. Your contributions have helped create a memorable experience for our children and brought a little extra autumn magic to our school!
