Today, Year 1 had some very special visitors in the classroom! As part of their learning about life cycles, the children were delighted to spend time with some adorable chicks. They learned lots of interesting facts about how chicks are cared for, where they live, and how they grow and develop.
The children were also able to see the eggs the chicks had hatched from, helping them to understand the different stages of a chick’s life cycle and bring their learning to life. Everyone was fascinated by the special visitors and thoroughly enjoyed observing them throughout the day. It was a wonderful hands-on learning experience that the children will remember for a long time!
