Learning Outside in FS1

Before half term, FS1 had a fantastic time exploring, playing, and learning outside. Everyone enjoyed sharing books with their friends, making ramps for their cars, and making habitats for their dinosaurs to live in! The children had a brilliant time working on their fine motor skills, and learnt so much. Great work, FS1! #WeAreAlwaysLearning

Y6 Geography

This week in Geography, Y6 have been studying coastal erosion and the landforms it creates. To reinforce their learning, the children used clay to model a 3D headland, highlighting the key features shaped by erosion. Colour Run 2025

On Friday 16th May, after completing their SATs, Y6 had a fantastic time taking part in the Rotherham School Games Colour Run. It was a brilliant way to finish off the week, whilst raising lots of money for Bluebell Wood – well done everyone! #WeAreNiceToPeople

Numbers in FS1

In FS1, the children have been practicing their numbers from 0 to 10. This activity helps develop their number recognition, counting skills, and understanding of numerical sequence. Through engaging games, songs, and hands-on activities, the children are building a strong foundation for early maths learning in a fun, and interactive way. Great work, FS1! #WeAreAlwaysLearning
