This week in Science, the children have been learning about a healthy and balanced diet and how this can be achieved. 🍎🍴
They were able to look at the traffic light system used on food packaging to help identify the amount of calories provided as well as the amount of fat, sugar and salt it contains.
The children then used this information to help them make more carefully informed choices when deciding on what to eat or drink.
